Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Ironwood Pine Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Charleston. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
