Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Redstone Rook Community Partners is a Spokane charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for client intake. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
