Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Nova Quill Health Group is a healthcare provider in Little Rock with clinics and support teams, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for patient education. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
