Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Fernwood Loom Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Louisville. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
