Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Silverline Pine Community Partners runs community programmes across Omaha. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for grant reporting. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
