Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Silverline Drift Civic Services supports public agencies in Des Moines with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for permits. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
