Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Nova Beacon Early Learning runs childcare centres in San Jose caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 60 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
