Silverline Junction Property Management is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for vendor invoices. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
