Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Stonegate Iron Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Raleigh. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
