Nova Maple Early Learning Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
