Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Greenridge Amber Community Partners runs community programmes across Philadelphia, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for client intake. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
