Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Lumen Ember Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the El Paso area, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for learning materials. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
