Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Harborlight Bright Learning Group is an education provider in Charleston serving students and families. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
