Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Rivermark Ridge Property Management manages apartment communities around Jacksonville, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for resident events. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
