Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Vista Community Partners and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for client intake. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
