Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Fernwood Maple Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around San Jose, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
