Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Highbridge Vale Community Partners runs community programmes across Dallas. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for donor records. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
