Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Westbrook Granite Community Partners is a nonprofit in Charleston supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 705 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for volunteer shifts. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
