Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Clearpath Lantern Property Management Associates is a Jacksonville property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance requests. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
