Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Iron Learning Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. Families are partners. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
