Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Iron Property Management and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for vendor invoices. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
