Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Fernwood Pine Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Columbus, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 176 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for waiting lists. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
