Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Clearpath Iron Early Learning Partners runs childcare centres in Denver caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
