Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Cedar Glen Civic Services Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 155 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for procurement. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
