Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Amberfield Ridge Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Oakland, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
