Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Amberfield Fox Learning Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
