Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Lantern Property Management and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 166 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
