Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Redstone Bright Learning Group is an education provider in Milwaukee serving students and families, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for learning materials. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
