Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Rivermark Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Minneapolis, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 918 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance requests. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
