Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Cobalt Early Learning and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 299 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
