Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Westbrook Field Property Management is a San Diego property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for unit turnovers. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
