Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Northwind Field Community Partners is a Charlotte charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for food distribution. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
