Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Harborlight Rook Property Management manages apartment communities around Fresno, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
