Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Vale Community Partners and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for client intake. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
