Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Nova Community Partners runs community programmes across Cincinnati, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for donor records. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
