Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Meadow Learning Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for attendance records. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
