Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Silverline Lantern Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Knoxville. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
