Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Stonegate Willow Early Learning is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
