Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Bright Willow Property Management is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 100 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for vendor invoices. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
