Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Rivermark Field Housing manages affordable housing communities across Albuquerque. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 481 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance stores. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
