Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Basin Health and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for insurance authorisations. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
