Case Manager - benefits navigation (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Ember Learning Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
