Case Manager - benefits navigation (Raleigh, NC)

Rivermark Cross Health is a healthcare provider in Raleigh with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for insurance authorisations. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
