Case Manager - benefits navigation (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Nova Wilder Learning Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. Families are partners. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for attendance records. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
