Case Manager - benefits navigation (Providence, RI)

Redstone Sable Community Partners is a nonprofit in Providence supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for volunteer shifts. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
