Case Manager - benefits navigation (Providence, RI)

Cedar Meadow Housing manages affordable housing communities across Providence, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for lease compliance. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
