Case Manager - benefits navigation (Pittsburgh, PA)

Westbrook Drift Civic Services works with county and city offices around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for constituent requests. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
