Case Manager - benefits navigation (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Silverline Thistle Learning Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for learning materials. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
