Silverline Rowan Care Services is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for client records. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
