Case Manager - benefits navigation (Philadelphia, PA)

Lumen Haven Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Philadelphia, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
